Detroit Lakes Youth Hockey Association is partnering with 4Check Hockey to offer a FREE one-day Body Contact Clinic designed to help players develop safe, effective body contact skills. This clinic combines classroom instruction with on-ice training so players understand not only how to give and receive body contact, but why proper technique matters.
Players will participate in:
- Classroom instruction with video analysis
- On-ice skill development and drills
- Safe body contact techniques
- Confidence-building exercises
- Game situation awareness and decision-making

U10 / Squirts / Peewees
4:00 – 4:45 PM: Off-Ice Classroom
5:00 – 6:00 PM: On-Ice Clinic
Session 2
Bantams / U15
7:00 – 7:45 PM: Off-Ice Classroom
8:00 – 9:00 PM: On-Ice Clinic
