Registration for the 2026–2027 season is now open. Players must be fully registered with both DLYHA and USA Hockey before participating in any practices or evaluations.

Scholarships Available
We believe every child should have the opportunity to play hockey.

EQUIPMENT
DLYHA has hockey equipment available for players at the Squirt level and younger.
Families may borrow equipment with a $250 refundable deposit, which is returned when the equipment is turned in at the end of the season.
Available equipment includes:
- Skates
- Shin Guards
- Breezers
- Shoulder Pads
- Elbow Pads
- Gloves
- Helmet
Not provided:
- Hockey stick
- Mouth guard
Rookies Hockey Program
The Rookies Program is the perfect introduction to hockey for new players ages 8 and under, boys and girls.
This low-cost, low-commitment program helps young athletes build confidence, develop basic hockey skills, and discover a love for the game.
Program Highlights
- 10 Saturday morning sessions
- Mid-Oct through mid-Dec
- Free Equipment with deposit check
- Opportunity to continue into:

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
RAFFLE TICKETS
Each player is required to sell two raffle books.
- Maximum of six books per family
- Deposit check required
- Deposit checks will be cashed if books are not sold.
DIBS (VOLUNTEER HOURS)
Each family is required to complete assigned DIBS volunteer shifts, including opportunities such as:
- Bingo
- Meat Raffles/Horse Races
- Concessions
A deposit check is required and will only be cashed if volunteer requirements are not fulfilled.
