Volunteer Registration

We recommend that the information that you include on this side of the program be independent to the season. Use the season details on the right (configurable in the dashboard) to include details specific to the season. This text block should just be a short, 2-3 sentence description of your program.

Complete the Board Member, Staff & Volunteer Registration to let us know how you'll be serving during the upcoming season.

This registration helps us collect the information needed to communicate with you and ensure all required volunteer requirements are completed.

Volunteer positions require a USA Hockey Background Screening.

• Background screenings are valid for two seasons.
• If your current screening is still valid, you do not need to complete a new one.
• Only background screenings submitted through the USA Hockey Background Screening process will be accepted.
• If a background screening is required for your role, it must be completed before participating in DLYHA activities.

Volunteer positions also require USA Hockey SafeSport Training.

• New volunteers must complete the full SafeSport Training.
• Returning volunteers must complete the annual SafeSport Refresher.
• SafeSport training must be completed before you may work with or supervise players.
